I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety or depression that is negatively impacting their daily lives. When they come to therapy they are looking for relief as quickly as possible in a non-judgmental space. After learning behavioral techniques and coping skills, my clients are able to effectively manage their symptoms. In the next phase of therapy, and when my client shows readiness, we will explore the root causes of their symptoms. This involves exploring past trauma, attachment issues, or triggers that activate anxiety. Through this process my clients will experience long term success in their mental health journey.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral and Cognitive Processing Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Approaches. These practices allow for negative symptom relief and positive life skills building. I utilize a trauma focused lens in my treatment which allows my client to develop a deeper understanding of their symptoms and behaviors.
