Welcome to Your Path to Mental Wellness

I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and difficulty relating to their whole self. When they come to therapy they are looking for relief in a safe and non-judgmental space. After learning behavioral techniques and coping skills that exist in their own bodies, my clients are able to effectively manage their symptoms. In the next phase of therapy, and when my client shows readiness, we will explore the root causes of their symptoms and how their various parts contribute. Through this process my clients will experience long term success in their mental health journey.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral and Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems Psychotherapy, Somatic, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches. I integrate these evidence based approaches to promote negative symptom relief and a deeper understanding of the self and one’s wounded and protective parts. I utilize a trauma focused lens in my treatment which allows my client to develop a deeper understanding of their symptoms and behaviors and of their whole selves.
